Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager to support supplier compliance documentation, business requirements, and system administration. The role balances strategic writing with hands-on project execution and operational support, while partnering with tech teams and serving as a backup for system support when needed.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, an exceptional writer, and experienced in working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

  • Document Writing & Strategy: Author, edit, and maintain high-quality operational documents including SOPs and compliance materials.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery, managing timelines, milestones, stakeholders, and dependencies.
  • System Support (Backup): Serve as a backup administrator for applications, ensuring business continuity during coverage gaps.
  • Business Requirements Documentation: Partner with technology teams to develop, document, and refine business requirements that drive system enhancements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and deliver results.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement scalable solutions that improve team productivity and quality outcomes.
  • Reporting & Communication: Provide regular status updates, metrics, and insights to leadership on program health and deliverables.
