Global Logistics is seeking qualified candidates to join our Exports Supply Chain Design team. The Supply Chain Design team is looking for individuals who want to help ensure a fast cost effective solution to delivering freight across the globe. The Global Logistics Exports Supply Chain Design is looking for a strong candidate for the role of Program Manager. In this role, the successful candidate will understand Amazon's Cross Border Transportation Network, design and manage integrating 3P carriers into the Amazon network. A successful candidate will engage multiple cross-functional teams, convert business needs into technical requirements, design the supply chain, influence project prioritization, and manage end-to-end carrier deployment projects. In this role, the individual is expected to adopt the supply chain design and engage carrier partners and internal tech, non-tech, and operational teams to gather requirements, scope, and execute the project. The individual will execute the project plan to accomplish key milestones and deliver the project within specific timelines.

This role does not require the ability to write technical code, however, communicating with technical teams will be critical.

Ability to write and manage a detailed project plan, drive implementation of the plan, and ensure adequate testing is done throughout the process, is a must.

Functional knowledge of data and analysis tools, standard deviation fundamentals, and graphical data presentation models to highlight wins and misses will be integral to this role.

Basic Qualifications:
  • - 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
  • - Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices
  • - Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences
