The Program Manager II will back the CDC's NCCDPHP, organizing, prioritizing, and managing responsibilities across the Center while coordinating with internal customers to deliver targeted support.

The role is based in the Atlanta, GA area with possible telework, demanding strong organizational judgment, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities in a federal

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management experience with CDC, federal, or public health entities.
• Ability to plan, execute, manage risk, and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to develop dashboards, tools, and governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and program management support across the Center.
• Coordinate internal customer needs and deliver appropriate support.
• Respond to information requests and support timely responses.
• Develop governance, tracking systems, and dashboards.
• Support budget- and resource-related decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to enhance project management and processes.
• Anticipate change management and transition needs.
• Create strategic communications to support decisions.
• Support strategic planning at the Center and OD level.
• Provide workgroup and meeting support amid shifting priorities.
