Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a Program Manager II for In-Home Services, Manufacturing, and Distribution to lead cross‑department programs, align stakeholders, and translate goals into detailed execution plans. You will drive timelines, KPI achievements, and resource optimization across Manufacturing, Distribution, and IT infrastructure.

The role requires PMP/Agile/Lean Six Sigma expertise, strong data analysis, and exceptional communication to lead through complex dependencies and bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of dedicated project or program management experience (or 5+ years of related operational experience).
• Project Management Software tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
• Technical requirement gathering and IT alignment.
• Operational data analysis and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact, cross-departmental programs shaping physical supply chain operations, field execution, and IT infrastructure.
• Translate strategic goals into detailed execution plans and technical requirements for IT.
• Ensure project timelines, KPI achievements, and resource optimization.
• Identify bottlenecks, material shortages, and service risks; implement resolution plans.
• Champion PMO process optimization using lean methodologies and AI workflow automation.
