Job summary

American Rheinmetall Munitions seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead government contracts and defense programs. This on-site role supports Windham, ME (with other U.S. locations) and involves coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver schedule, cost, and performance.

You will own budgets, forecasts and risk management while ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance and security-clearance readiness. Salary ranges from $95k to $160k, commensurate with location and experience.EOE including

Qualifications

• 5 years of government contracts or defense manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, program management, business or related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret level.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integrated Program Team across engineering, operations, quality, finance, contracts, security and compliance.
• Own program schedule, cost, scope, deliverables and performance.
• Identify, mitigate and track program risks.
• Serve as primary point of contact for government representatives.
• Lead program reviews, status briefings and technical discussions.
• Manage budgets, funding profiles and financial forecasts.
• Translate technical requirements into executable plans with engineering and production.
• Support proposal development with staffing plans, schedules and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and contract terms; support audits.
