The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. (HJF) invites applications for a Program Manager II - Curriculum and Faculty/Student Engagement in San Antonio, TX.

This role oversees undergraduate curricula, accreditation activities, and strategic program development within the CAHS, supporting USU mission and CAHS strategy. Lead one or more project managers and staff, coordinate with advisors and directors, and ensure alignment with program objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred in Health Sciences or related field.
• Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in program management or related field.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
• Prior DoD/Military Health System experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a T1/Public Trust background clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy development and management of undergraduate curricula within allied health sciences.
• Plan, forecast, approve, and monitor budgets within CAHS with defined range ($500k–$1.5M).
• Develop, manage, and assess accreditation plans; liaise with accrediting bodies.
• Oversee review and approval of undergraduate degree plans with advisors and directors.
• Foster collaboration with academic advisors and program directors; guide project managers and staff.
• Serve as liaison between CAHS leadership and external academic partners; support policy development.
• Oversee multiple related projects contributing to long-term research initiatives.
• Analyze program data and report findings to leadership for data-driven decisions.
• Contribute to CAHS strategic planning and university advancement aligned with USU mission.
