The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. (HJF) seeks a Program Manager II to oversee a collection of related projects supporting the ARMORR initiative at the Uniformed Services University.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in business administration or life sciences.
• Minimum of 6–8 years of program management experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a T1 Public Trust background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee related projects and guide PMs and staff toward program objectives.
• Manage goals, milestones, risks, budgets, SOPs and results; identify interdependencies.
• Supervise, advise and guide project managers and technical staff throughout the lifecycle.
• Support planning and submission of proposals and agreements as requested.
