Vitesse Systems in Longmont, CO is seeking a Program Manager II to lead and unify a team delivering antenna solutions within customer parameters. You will drive programs, manage stakeholders, and oversee EVMS tracking to keep projects within prescribed variance targets.

The role emphasizes customer advocacy, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring on-time delivery while balancing costs and contractual requirements. A strong background in aerospace projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of commensurate aerospace experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technical project management or contracts administration; aerospace exposure preferred.
• Experience managing complex programs in engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project and MS Office suite.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct major program phases, including sales support and proposals.
• Serve as primary customer contact, advocating for their needs.
• Negotiate requirements to fit company capabilities and objectives.
• Develop and share detailed program plans, budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Monitor progress, fast-track critical paths, and control costs.
• Manage scope changes and perform re-baselining as needed.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements (POs, SOWs, specs).
• Identify and mitigate project risks; communicate status to stakeholders.
