Job summary

Eaton’s IS AER MSD division seeks a Program Manager II. Based in Westminster, MD or Orchard Park, NY, you will lead medium to high complexity programs from inception through delivery, guiding cost, schedule, quality and performance commitments.

You will partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance, applying disciplined program management and EVMS data to deliver predictable outcomes in regulated aerospace and defense markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of Project/Program Management experience.
• Experience managing $1M+ programs.
• No relocation is offered; reside within 50 miles of Orchard Park, NY or Westminster, MD.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs to meet technical, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
• Develop and maintain Program Management Plans (scope, schedule, budget, WBS).
• Build and manage integrated schedules and execution plans.
• Apply EVMS principles to assess performance and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to standard program management methodologies and phase gates.
• Lead cross functional teams in a matrixed environment.
