Job summary

TCOM, L.P. in Sioux Falls, SD seeks a Program Manager I to lead and coordinate programs, aligning technical, operations, business, and contract teams to drive cost, schedule, and performance success.

You will support program reviews with Aerostar senior leadership, develop SOOs/SOWs/WBS/BOEs, and manage subcontractor activities while ensuring contract compliance and efficient budgeting. A PMP and EVMS familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of related program management experience.
• PMP qualification desired (preferred).
• Familiarity with EVMS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage all program activity (cost, schedule, performance) for smaller programs.
• Drive projects to meet or exceed schedule and budget.
• Support program reviews with Aerostar senior leadership.
• Develop and coordinate SOOs, SOWs, WBS and BOEs for Program Activity.
• Support ERP system project setup and budget baselines.
• Participate in sub-system Build or Buy decisions and provide analysis impacts as appropriate.
• Manage budget and deliverables for all Subcontractor/provider activity.
• Responsible for adherence to contracts and requirements to subcontractors/suppliers.
• Participate in Bid and Proposal Activity by providing initial Basis of Estimate development for Program Management support to all Rough Order of Magnitude Quotations and Quotes.
• Grow the company's base of business with existing customers by cultivating deep relationships.
