Job summary

Audible, Inc. seeks a Program Manager II to oversee technology workforce reporting and KPI delivery at a Newark-area location.

You will partner with HR, Recruiting, Finance, and Procurement to ensure a single source of truth for tech data and drive improvements through automation where feasible. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3 years in program management, or a Master’s with 2 years, and experience in Agile environments, data analysis, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile delivery, data-driven process improvements, and advanced Excel.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Asana, or Airtable and SQL is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Tech workforce reporting and core KPI dashboards.
  • Collaborate with HR/Recruiting to create a single source of truth for workforce data.
  • Support workforce projections, budgets, and contractor management with Finance/Procurement.
  • Provide program management for workforce and engagement initiatives.
  • Support operational projects for CTO and senior leadership; enable automation where possible.

Title: Program Manager II

Location: 1 Washington Street, Newark, NJ 07102

Duties: Manage Technology organization workforce regular reporting for core KPIs. Collaborate with HR and Recruiting partners to ensure a \"single source of truth\" for Tech workforce data. Support workforce projections, benchmarking analysis and other workforce information for Tech as needed. Support Tech team budget tracking, budget operations, and contractor management through partnership with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams. Provide program management for Tech workforce and engagement initiatives, such as the employee recognition program. Support Business Management team in improving existing workflows, solving through automation where possible. Provide support for operational projects for the CTO and senior leadership as needed. Position is fixed location based in Newark, NJ office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration, Corporate Communications, or a related field plus three (3) years of experience as a Program Manager or a related occupation involving program or project management.

Experience may be gained concurrently and must include two (2) years in each of the following:

  • Working in technology industry leveraging Agile project delivery methodology

  • Defining, implementing, and driving process improvement initiatives using data and metrics

  • Utilizing Excel at an advanced level

  • Utilizing project management tools including JIRA, Asana, or Airtable

  • Utilizing SQL

  • Working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • Driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Building processes, managing projects, and coordinating schedules

Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree and two (2) years of experience.

Salary: $102,939 - 142,800/year. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
