Job summary

You will lead procurement data analysis, prepare technical data packages, and ensure FAR/DFARS compliance while coordinating with government sponsors and Navy contracting. Strong communication and leadership are essential; PMP or Lean Six Sigma desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial discipline with 10+ years of program/project management experience.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt highly desired.
• Ability to lead meetings and work groups and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop tracks and analyze procurement data to improve quality, schedule and efficiencies.
• Collect procurement requirements from the government Requiring Technical Authority (RTA) for acquisition plans and resources.
• Prepare the technical data package (TDP) for each procurement need.
• Maintain data libraries and ensure FAR/DFARS/NMCARS compliance including NSWC Crane guide.
• Provide policy and procedure recommendations to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Liaise between resource sponsors, program managers, and Navy contracting.
