Catholic Charities is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated people leader who is compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally aware to serve as a Program Manager II overseeing our Higher Ground St Paul Campus.
Higher Ground Saint Paul Shelter provides a safe place to stay for single adults experiencing homelessness. This shelter is part of Catholic Charities’ Dorothy Day Place campus, located in downtown Saint Paul.
This role ensures coordinated, high-quality services delivered in partnership with community organizations such as Ramsey County, Hennepin County Minnesota Community Care, veteran services, and mental-health providers. The Program Manager cultivates a trauma-informed, inclusive environment that fosters dignity and belonging while maintaining strong operational, financial, and compliance standards.
The successful candidate demonstrates collaborative leadership, strong business acumen, and a deep commitment to Catholic Charities’ mission of ending homelessness and poverty.
