Job summary

Responsibilities include resource allocation, baseline reviews, risk mitigation, and formal status reviews. Candidates should have 5+ years of program management experience and PMP or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• Five years of program or project management experience on contracts of similar scope.
• Experience with requirements analysis, resource allocation, costing, and reporting.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.

Responsibilities

• Work with a higher level program manager to manage the contractor's effort.
• Allocate resources (staffing, facilities, budgets) on the contract.
• Review and propose the Integrated Program Baseline or resource loaded schedule.
• Review Earned Value, ETC, funds and man-hour reports, and other financials.
• Review risk and allocate budgets for mitigation activities.
• Prepare program status reviews for Government PM.
• Ensure compliant cross-discipline integration to meet Government needs.
• Communicate issues and solutions to Government PM promptly.
