Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer, business, or math-related field required.
• Five years of experience in two of: acquisition, processing, analysis, and reporting.
• FAR/DFAR, DoD 5000 series, ICD 801 policies knowledge.
• Associate's degree with seven years substitution allowed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with contract regulations in coordination with contracts staff.
• Review risk and risk mitigation activities and allocate budgets.
• Communicate issues and solutions in a timely manner.
• Lead and coordinate the project team to meet contract requirements.
• Oversee analysis, design, programming, debugging, and modification of computer programs or end user applications.
• Provide direction and mentoring to project team members and set goals.
• Coordinate preparation of ECPs and value engineering proposals to Government PM.
• Review all financial and technical reports before release to Government.
