Job summary

The candidate will lead risk reviews, budget allocations, and cross-discipline integration while mentoring team members and overseeing software development tasks to meet DoD and IC expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer, business or math-related field with two years of relevant experience in acquisition, processing, analysis or reporting.
• FAR/DFAR/DoD 5000 guidelines and ICD 801 familiarity expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and contract requirements with contracts staff.
• Review risk and mitigation activities and allocate budgets.
• Communicate issues and solutions in a timely manner.
• Allocate resources (staffing, facilities, budgets) for the effort.
• Manage the project team activities and direction.
• Oversee analysis, design, programming, debugging of software or end-user applications.
• Provide direction and mentoring to team members and set goals.
• Recruit and train project staff, direct and indirect.
• Ensure cross-discipline integration to meet government needs.
• Coordinate ECPs and value engineering proposals to the Government PM.
