Job summary

American Ordnance is seeking a Program Manager I to plan, direct, and coordinate programs under the Program Director, ensuring goals are met within time and funding parameters.

You will manage schedules, cost, performance and customer communications, collaborating with internal resources across contracting, production, and analysis, and develop proposals for new contracts. A BA/BS and 2+ years of leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Business Administration or technical field.
• 2+ years of management/leadership experience.
• Must possess a valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or current Passport.
• Successful completion of background screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal resources for contract admin, purchasing, production, cost control and analysis.
• Maintain strong customer commitment through regular status updates and issue resolution.
• Respond to urgent contract/production/materials/supply chain issues promptly and organized.
• Develop proposals and pricing strategies to win new contracts.
• Handle special projects as needed.
