Job summary

Eaton ARS facility in Juarez, MX is seeking a Program Manager to lead Engineering R&D, OpEx, and Continuous Improvement projects. You will manage project planning, execution, changes, risk, and integrate PROLaunch, VAVE, STB, or BPS processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading programs or projects for engineering or manufacturing teams.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of the product design and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of Program and Project Management methodologies, processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for project scope and successful execution within technical, schedule, cost and quality commitments.
• Lead PROLaunch team during development phases to define and achieve Activity Matrix deliverables and coordinate activities.
• Coordinate PM reviews and publish PM metrics and reports to stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Procurement, Customer Support, Supply Chain, etc.
• Coordinate risks and requirements, plan, control, and integrate all projects into programs; measure elements against goals.
• Develop and manage communication plans and provide regular status updates to internal leadership.
