As a Program Manager with Amazon, you will have the opportunity to develop the business requirements and influence the success of these partners. In this role, you will own operational programs related to our vendors, and third-party partners and work to resolve operational issues. As a program manager you will work cross-functionally to drive customer centric programs. This role requires a deep need for stakeholder management, an ability to synthesize data and information, and communication across internal and external partners.

Global Logistics Imports optimizes speed and cost, we execute the timely movement of freight from global manufacturing hubs cross-border into Amazon’s international marketplaces for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) sellers and retail direct import vendors. Leveraging the capabilities of world-class logistics providers and internal Amazon supply chain solutions, Global Mile increases selection and lowers cost for our customers.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, innovative, hands‑on, and customer‑obsessed Carrier Manager that can manage the origin service of Amazon’s import networks. As a Carrier Manager, you will be responsible for the operational setup and execution of the origin service of the Amazon import supply chain that meets our customers’ needs while satisfying performance and budget goals.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
• 2+ years of program or project management experience
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
