The role requires extensive program planning, governance experience, and strong communication with executives to drive client outcomes. This temporary position offers a 40-hour week in a banking services environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 8+ years of project management experience.
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in Program Planning & Execution.
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in Risk, Governance & Dependency Management.
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience as a Stakeholder & Executive Communication.

  • Lead multiple related projects and ongoing operations, coordinating activities across 3+ business or functional areas.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk plans, quality plans, and communication plans.
  • Monitor project performance, identify variances and risks, manage approved changes, and implement corrective actions and workarounds.
  • Build and motivate high-performing project teams through mentoring, training, collaboration, and effective resource coordination.
  • Maintain strong risk, regulatory, audit, and internal-control practices while escalating issues appropriately.
