Job summary

Karman Space & Defense is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex defense programs involving missile hardware, propulsion, launch systems, and payload integration. You will drive cost, schedule, technical execution, and quality while coordinating cross-functional teams to meet customer and mission requirements.

The role requires a BS in engineering or related field, 5+ years in aerospace/defense, and a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Business Program Management, or related field required
• 5+ years in aerospace/defense or similar complex programs
• Must have DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Leads assigned programs from planning through qualification, production, delivery
• Owns performance against cost, schedule, technical, quality objectives
• Develops integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, resources, metrics
• Coordinates cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, contracts, finance, and test
• Serves as primary interface for customers, government stakeholders, suppliers, and leadership
