Enlighten is looking for a Portfolio/Senior Program Manager to lead a cloud big data program.

The role requires knowledge of cloud computing technologies, program management concepts, IT systems operations, and agile software development. The PM will interface with the government contracting officer representative (COR) and the Enlighten management team, perform day‑to‑day program management, and develop long‑term strategic objectives to meet end‑user requirements.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Assist in customer meetings, trade shows, and conferences with public speaking on company capabilities.
• Responsible for contract execution, meeting or exceeding delivery objectives and milestones, and outstanding cost performance.
• Formulate and enforce work standards, develop and execute project schedules, review work discrepancies, supervise personnel, and communicate policies, procedures, and goals to team members.
• Work with technical leads to oversee personnel and technical management of all tasks, ensuring the full range of corporate resources is available.
• Provide management oversight of all program personnel, both Enlighten staff and subcontractors, ensuring quality of task completion and deliverables per the contract.
• Perform horizontal integration planning and frequently interface with subcontracts, project control, and personnel security functions.
• Ensure program deliverables and schedules are implemented on time; provide supervision, training, and direction to staff; and serve as the single point of contact for all customer issues.
• Accountable for meeting contractual performance criteria and due dates during service delivery, and for successful overall project completion.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage organic growth of the portfolio.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must currently have and maintain an active Secret level U.S. Government Security Clearance; ability to obtain TS/SCI required; U.S. citizenship required.
• 6 years of experience managing projects of similar scope, type and complexity with a bachelor’s degree in a related field; or 4 years relevant progressive experience with a master’s; or 10 years relevant progress if high school diploma.
• Direct experience managing multi‑task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, including Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
• Prior experience supporting technical contracts for DoW/DoD customers; preference for experience with U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, or U.S. Marine Corps.
• Ability to work with technical experts such as Software, System, and Platform Engineers to develop capabilities and support customer needs.
• Ability to engage stakeholders, operators, and users to convey program and technical concepts, milestone progress, and schedules.
• Experience successfully hitting project milestones, maintaining schedules, and providing documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and strong public speaking skills.
• Strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
• Must work 3‑4 days onsite between Enlighten Headquarters in Columbia, MD and the customer site in Fort Meade, MD.
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time CONUS or OCONUS.
