Job summary

Valor Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to provide contract oversight for the DoD AGOW HPO program. You will supervise clinical staff delivering one-on-one care to enhance physical readiness and mission performance across the 435 AGOW.

The role is based on-site at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, with relocation available. You will drive strategic plans, coordinate with COR, and ensure contract compliance while supporting staff development and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years program management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Prior federal government contracting experience.
• Experience with healthcare, occupational health or HPO for military/first responders.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project Manager, Power BI, Teams, Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for contractor personnel and staffing actions.
• Oversee staff development and liaison with COR and contract offices.
• Collect data, analyze trends and prepare reports for the COR.
• Coordinate safety, performance improvement and corrective actions.
• Participate in recruitment strategies and interviewing candidates.
• Lead evaluations, training, drills and emergency response activities.
