The Tommy Nobis Center seeks a Program Manager to oversee Administrative Services contracts and serve as the government customer’s central point of contact. You will supervise NE employees across sites, ensure contract compliance, and coordinate with Contracts, People & Culture to recruit contract staff.
Responsibilities include budgeting, performance measurement, and audits for AbilityOne, DOL, CARF, and others; critical customer service and site-visits are required, with travel about 10%
The Program Manager’s primary responsibility will be to oversee theoverall management and coordination of Administrative Servicecontracts and shall act as the government customer’s central point ofcontact. The Program Manager will supervise all NE employees who areemployed on assigned contracts. The Program Manager will beresponsible for contract compliance as well as all federal andmulti-state regulations including AbilityOne requirements. Excellentcustomer satisfaction must be attained, which could require regularvisitation to multi-state locations for interaction with NE employeesand government customers. PM will coordinate with ContractsAdministrator, People and Culture Representatives, and other staffensuring successful execution of assigned contracts. PM will assistthe People and Culture representatives with the recruiting, selection,and hiring of contract employees.
The Program Manager will also assist Nobis Enterprises ManagementTeam with the procurement, pricing, development of contracts,recruiting individuals with disabilities, conducting research,soliciting potential customers, assisting with data/proposals, andanalyzing all requests for proposal for compatibility for persons with disabilities.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. Direct jobexperience may be substituted for highly qualified candidates.
