Dell Medical School is seeking a Program Manager Purpose The Program Manager leads the planning, execution, and oversight of strategic, cross-functional programs that support the healthcare system’s mission and operational goals. This role is responsible for managing multiple related projects, ensuring they align with organizational priorities and deliver measurable outcomes. The Program Manager reports to a Director or Senior Director and works closely with project managers, clinical and administrative leaders, finance, IT, and external partners. The Program Manager ensures that programs are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field with at least 5 year(s) of experience in program or project management, preferably in a healthcare or complex organizational setting. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Public Administration (MPA), or a related field with at least 7 year(s) of experience in managing cross-functional programs in healthcare or the public sector. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
