Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, is seeking a Program Manager for its Valley Green, PA location. This role leads customer communication, planning, budgeting and execution for high‑complexity product development projects across multiple sites.

You will drive technical leadership, ensure adherence to schedules and budgets, and manage internal/external teams and suppliers to meet market and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from a four-year university with 4+ years related experience and/or training within the connector industry, preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical product drawings.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information to various levels of management.
• Ability to effectively manage customer communication and expectations.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Knowledge of project management software, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project and project team, define scope and objectives, and ensure completion.
• Serve as communication interface to customer for status, schedule, and requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to project teams across multiple sites during development.
• Schedule and run internal meetings to advance action items and keep on schedule.
• Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to meet deadlines.
• Communicate resource needs to management to maintain project timelines.
• Define product specifications and project scope aligned with market/customer needs.
• Ensure adherence to financial objectives, capital requests, cost data and scope control.
• Make decisions to optimize time‑to‑market, volume and profitability.
• Apply Design for Manufacturability principles during development.
• Plan capacity to match demand across project phases.
• Provide regular project updates to functional management.
• Set up systems for ordering/manufacturing of products.
• Develop risk mitigation alternatives to maintain objectives.
