Responsibilities

• Lead QA and improvement activities for Section 1115 and integrated care programs
• Identify and monitor performance measures and reports to evaluate effectiveness
• Analyze data and trends to detect issues and develop recommendations
• Develop, implement, and track quality improvement plans
• Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables for reports and plans
• Develop policies, SOPs, and audit tools to support compliance
• Oversee contractors and lead quality reviews to meet federal/state requirements
