NYREACH, a Bronx-based non-profit, seeks a Project Manager to coordinate multiple programs including SCN, Medicaid recertification, and workforce development. The role ensures on-time delivery, clear ownership, and accurate status reporting to leadership.

The ideal candidate will manage a master project plan, run regular check-ins, and work with program staff, compliance, and data teams to document progress and resolve issues. This is a hands-on coordination role in a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 3–5+ years of project management or coordination experience, preferably in healthcare or non-profit.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage NYREACH’s project portfolio and master plan.
• Lead weekly check-ins with team leads and track action items to closure.
• Identify risks, staffing conflicts, and blockers; escalate with proposed solutions.
• Support SCN projects, health plan deliverables, and audits with documentation.
• Track progress toward renewal cycles and reporting requirements for contracts.
