Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in public health, health administration, business, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in project management or program coordination in healthcare, Medicaid, or non-profit settings
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Experience with cross-functional teams and external partners

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain NYREACH’s master project plan with timelines, owners, dependencies, and status for all active projects
• Run weekly check-ins with team leads and follow up on action items until closed
• Identify schedule risks, staffing conflicts, and blockers and propose solutions to leadership
• Help leadership set priorities when projects compete for staff, budget, or deadlines
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with health plans, subcontractors, vendors, and partners
• Prepare weekly status updates and monthly summaries for Director and executive leadership
• Ensure project data and dashboards are accurate and up-to-date
