Spectrum Community Services seeks a Program Manager for the Southwestern Regional Office in Benton Harbor, MI. You will lead a team of Direct Support Professionals, supervise operations, and coordinate schedules and outings to support individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, budgeting, and staff coordination while advocating for residents to ensure full community participation. A background clearance and state license requirements apply.
