Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio seeks a Program Manager for Faith Mission in Columbus, OH. This full-time role oversees grant-funded housing programs, reporting, and case management to advance participant stability.

Ideal candidate has a four-year degree in social work or related field, 2+ years in social services, and experience with homelessness or behavioral health. LSW preferred; valid Ohio driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Social Work, related field or equivalent experience; LSW preferred.
• Minimum two years in a social service setting.
• Experience with homelessness, behavioral health, addiction, disabilities, HIV/AIDS prevention preferred.
• Experience managing grant-funded programs and compliance.
• Experience supervising supportive service or case management staff.
• Strong oral and written skills, including progress notes and action plans.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and insured transportation.
