Job summary

Bowhead Family of Companies seeks a Program Manager to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD, to support CPE IEWS. The PM will provide comprehensive program management, leadership, and oversight of contractor personnel and subcontractors to ensure all requirements are met.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree and 14+ years in government program management, with at least 1 year supervisory.
PMP certification qualifies candidates with 10+ years experience also acceptable if PMP.

Responsibilities

Oversee staffing efforts, ensure contract compliance, and accountability for performance outcomes.
Provide comprehensive program management support, including oversight of contractor personnel and subcontractors.
Direct administrative correspondence to the COR.
Maintain a robust communication plan with Government: status updates and issue resolution.
Ensure personnel have security briefings and comply with security requirements.
Organize and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract support activities.
Interface with government personnel; formulate feasibility studies, determine costs, ensure conformance to standards.
