Job summary

Google Cloud Consulting Professional Services helps customers transform their business by guiding cloud journeys with Google’s network, data centers, and software infrastructure. You will engage with customers and partners to deliver, design, build, and advise on transitioning to Google Cloud.

This role focuses on program management, governance, and orchestration of cloud transformations, supporting customers from initial engagement through delivery and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in program management, client services or management consulting.
• Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation projects to customers (cloud migrations, multi-cloud transformations, data warehousing, analytics, application development, or cybersecurity).
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as required.

Responsibilities

• Articulate and enable the path to digital transformation and cloud transformation for pursuits including workload prioritization and organizational readiness.
• Hold accountability to customers at the board and executive level to ensure the program delivers benefits and outcomes.
• Define the governance model and services delivery plan for the account and manage ongoing delivery.
• Lead the delivery of multi-functional Google Cloud transformation projects and manage a partner ecosystem.
• Manage presales scoping life-cycle, customer requirements, and track them to meet outcomes and timelines.

Minimum qualifications:

• Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver solutions.
• Experience with programs pertaining to data and analytics systems and implementations.

Responsibilities

• Articulate and enable the path to digital transformation, technology adoption, and cloud transformation for pursuits including workload prioritization, organizational and cultural readiness, capability adoption, and goal clarification.
• Hold accountability to customers at the board and executive-level to ensure the program realizes financial benefits, business objectives, and transformational outcomes.
• Define the overall governance model and services delivery plan for the account and establish a cadence to manage the ongoing delivery of the plan.
• Lead the delivery of multi-functional Google Cloud transformation projects, as well as manage a partner ecosystem (e.g., product and services).
• Manage the presales scoping life-cycle, customer requirements, and regularly track them to meet the expected outcomes and timelines, stakeholder communication, relationship management, and building mitigation plans as the program evolves.
