Job summary

Required are a Bachelor's degree and PMP/PgMP credentials, 8+ years of program management experience, and proven ability to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (Project Management, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field).
• PMP, PgMP or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program planning and execution for complex, multi-project initiatives across the site project portfolio.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts across interdependent projects.
• Partner with leadership to align program objectives with business strategy and capacity.
• Establish and maintain program governance, decision forums, escalation paths, and status reporting.
• Identify and manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
