If so, the Global Executive Development team would like to hear from you! Our team is responsible for the onboarding and on-going executive development for Amazon’s senior leaders. We are seeking an innovative, customer-obsessed, high-ownership, data-driven, and creative Program Manager to support the operations of Global Executive Development. This includes large-scale executive development programs, experiences, and executive coaching. The PM drives high-quality customer experience through impeccable executive development coordination, registration, program delivery, measurement, and post-experience support. The PM will also develop comprehensive project plans for GED initiatives; partner with stakeholders (AV, GREF, third-party vendors), monitor and report on GED initiatives, program performance and impact; and ensure communication to key stakeholders flows consistently and efficiently.
The candidate must be able to Think Big and Dive Deep, and be skilled at anticipating and resolving problems, managing multiple priorities, and communicating effectively with senior leaders.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
