Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex projects within the ISV Sales organization. You will own high-priority initiatives, including events and speaking engagements, and coordinate across finance, events, and leadership teams.

The role emphasizes ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven process improvements to drive successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.

Incumbent Responsibilities

1. They will be responsible for working with finance, on annual budget tracking and spend
2. They will be responsible for managing our events calendar, coordinating the event, handling the logistics, and preparing presentations and speaking points
3. Communication to the Leadership team as well as internal stakeholders on project and event status.
4. They will liaise across functions to drive their project and help clear issues and bottlenecks.
5. They will work handle ad hoc projects as needed.

The program manager will be the single threaded owner for their initiatives. This is a high ownership position where you directly control your destiny.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
