Job Title: Senior Program Manager - Foreign Military Sales

Position Description:

The selected candidate will provide program management support (PMO) to an Army Program Office responsible for managing Foreign Military Sales programs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide international program support to the program manager.
2. Respond to Letters of Request (LORs) by providing Requests for Information (RFI), P&A, and Letters of Acceptance (LOA) data.
3. Develop statements of work (SOW) and Contract Requirements Packages (CRPs).
4. Track program/project status and schedules; apply policies and procedures for financial planning.
5. Perform program management, technical, and business case analyses.
6. Analyze program requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
7. Schedule and coordinate meetings, agendas, and boards.
8. Draft presentations to present analysis results.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration/management or certification as an administrative professional.
2. Active Secret security clearance.
3. At least 15 years of applicable FMS program management experience in a product office.
4. Knowledge of FMS systems such as DSAMS and GFEBS.
5. Experience drafting SOWs and CRPs.
6. Proficiency in MS Office, including Microsoft Project.
7. Knowledge of US Army acquisition processes.
8. Highly organized, flexible, attentive to detail, and able to meet deadlines.
9. Ability to work independently using knowledge, ingenuity, and experience.
10. Willingness to travel periodically, with trips up to a week.
11. Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a team environment.
