Job summary

Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is seeking a Full-Time Program Manager, FMS Advanced Target Development to support AFMC/AFLCMC/ESN at Hanscom AFB, MA. You will manage Foreign Military Sales software programs, coordinate with interagency partners, and deliver targeting tools to meet government agreements.

U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a TOP SECRET clearance are required; limited telework is available and on-site work in a secure facility is expected.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET security clearance.
• This position may be subject to random drug testing.
• Limited situational telework; primary duties in a secure facility.

Responsibilities

• FMS Program Management: Manage Foreign Military Sales software acquisition programs ensuring cost/schedule/performance goals.
• Interagency Coordination: Coordinate with agencies such as SAF/IA and DSCA.
• International Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with U.S. and international leadership and partner nation representatives.
