Job summary

Air Force Civilian Service seeks a Program Manager for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Advanced Target Development (ATD) software programs at Hanscom AFB, MA. You will oversee development, delivery and training of ATD capabilities, ensuring cost, schedule and performance thresholds are met.

U.S. citizenship is required and a SECRET clearance is needed. Limited telework is possible; onsite work in a secure facility is expected.

Qualifications

• Oversee Foreign Military Sales (FMS) software acquisition programs and ensure alignment with cost, schedule and performance thresholds.

Responsibilities

• Manage FMS software acquisition programs and ensure delivery milestones.
• Coordinate with SAF/IA, DSCA and other agencies.
• Interface with foreign ministries and partner nation representatives on program status.
