Program Manager, Field Enablement (Enablement Tools & Systems)
Overview of This Role

Reporting to the Director of Field Enablement Operations, you will strategize and program the tools used by the Field Enablement team to conduct activities and improve seller efficiency. You will own the enablement use case for these tools, collaborating with the Enablement team and stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and develop strategies for our enablement tool stack.

You will serve as the technology expert for the organization, ensuring tools align with business objectives, are user-friendly, and deliver measurable ROI. Your responsibilities include driving tool adoption, analyzing usage data, and supporting the success of our Field teams in achieving customer outcomes and revenue growth.

What You'll Do
  • Own and drive the enablement technology strategy, including evaluation, implementation, optimization, and ROI measurement for tools like Highspot, Gong, Spekit, and Replicate Labs.
  • Develop enablement plans focusing on adoption, interoperability, reporting, feature implementation, and launching new tools.
  • Establish workflows by functional groups within the Field organization to optimize user experience and tool effectiveness.
  • Identify process gaps, improve functionality, and recommend new programs based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to support business initiatives and GTM programs.
  • Use analytics to extract insights, refine strategies, and demonstrate impact.
  • Create reports and dashboards to measure efficiency and effectiveness of enablement activities.
  • Document best practices and create knowledge repositories to support user adoption.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Oversee tool governance, including content and user hygiene, especially in Highspot.
  • Act as the internal champion for enablement tools, ensuring roadmaps support business goals.
  • Partner with the Revenue Tech Stack & Systems team for vendor management and renewals.
  • Support program goals and content delivery with Field Enablement teams.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics like adoption, usage, and ROI.
What You'll Bring

The salary range for residents of listed locations is $81,000—$174,000 USD, determined through interviews and candidate assessment. Sales roles may include incentive pay up to 100% of base salary.
