Job summary

Options Counseling and Family Services in Roseburg, OR is seeking a contract management professional to support ODHS contracts, oversee budgets, quality and risk, and supervise service providers. The role requires coordinating with caseworkers and maintaining records, with strong communication and office-management skills.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of child welfare services, and experience with high-risk families, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field and QMHA eligibility.
• Master’s degree and licensure in the respective field preferred.
• Two years of lead or supervisory experience in social services or clinical settings.
• Five years’ experience in family therapy, in-home services, or work with high-risk families.
• Knowledge of child development, child and family mental health, and behavior management.
• Experience with high-risk families and change-based family preservation models.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Contract Management – oversee contracts, records, budgets and compliance.
• Staff Management – supervise administrative staff and service providers; oversee office needs.
• Direct Client Services – provide services and ensure timely documentation and reporting.
• Other Duties – work with regional leadership and participate in meetings; ensure policy adherence.
