Job summary

Harvard University’s Human Flourishing Program within IQSS seeks a Program Manager to oversee CCG operations, finances, communications, and events, reporting to the Executive Director. The role combines administrative leadership with program development to advance research and teaching.

You will build systems, manage staff, coordinate courses and seminars, liaise with faculty and donors, and ensure compliance with university policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 5 years of related experience in leadership roles.
• Experience coordinating complex programs, events, and student-facing activities is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations for the CCG and related initiatives.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance reviews; manage workflow and coaching.
• Coordinate course and seminar logistics, syllabi, rooms, and materials; liaise with faculty and researchers.
