Job summary

Harvard University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences seeks a Program Manager for Christianity & The Common Good (CCG) within the Human Flourishing Program at IQSS. You will oversee operations, budgeting, communications, events, and donor engagement to advance research and teaching initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience in educational or social impact leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Experience in educational and/or social impact leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration and operations of CCG staff and projects.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise CCG staff, student workers, and temporary personnel; provide feedback and coaching.
• Oversee course and seminar creation and delivery, coordinating with faculty on syllabi and logistics.
• Serve as primary administrative liaison for CCG with IQSS Business Operations, HFH, and partners.
• Develop and maintain internal tracking systems for contracts, projects, and reporting.
• Coordinate donor engagement and communications strategies.
