Job summary

KBR is seeking a Program Manager to support the F-35 Maintenance Systems PMO, providing leadership, coordination, and oversight of sustainment, maintenance, logistics, and modernization initiatives. The role is on-site in Miamisburg, OH, with travel around 10% and close collaboration with Government PMOs, Air Force, and industry partners to ensure mission readiness.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, 7–10 years of experience, and a Secret clearance, with strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7–10 years of relevant program management experience.
• Secret Security Clearance required.
• Experience with Government customers and PMOs preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and integration of F-35 maintenance sustainment activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including systems engineering, cyber security, and lifecycle sustainment.
• Interface with Government PMOs, Air Force and JPO stakeholders, industry partners, and KBR leadership.
