Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Natural Resources or related field.
• Eight years of related experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Apply broad expertise to program-related issues.
• Perform desktop and field review to verify UE permit compliance.
• Lead a team or provide direction to less experienced staff.
• Coordinate with Directors across functions to influence decisions.
• Communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Coordinate field operations with LTO for UE permit removals.
• Liaise with environmental agencies during the UE process.
• Close out UE permits and monitor sites for compliance.
• Develop or revise scopes of work to meet standards.
