Job description

The Enterprise Project Manager - Internal will play a critical role in managing sales and foundational business projects. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills and the ability to drive projects from kick-off through to transition to normal operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain services and internal technology development environments, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at managing cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This is an offsite role with a need to work in US CST hours.

Key Results Area

1. Plan, execute, and monitor various corporate projects, including R&D initiatives, ERP system implementation, and other enterprise applications, and smaller departmental projects.
2. Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
3. Facilitate regular project meetings and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, meeting minutes, and post-project evaluations.
4. Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and other materials to support growth initiatives.
5. Work closely with various departments, including Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, IT, and Finance, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
6. Act as a liaison between project teams and senior leadership to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals. This includes preparing and presenting project reports.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within project management practices.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2. Ideally has one of the program management certifications (PMP, PPM, CAPM, PgMP).
3. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a supply chain environment.
4. Capable of leading projects and cross-functional teams.
5. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
6. Experience adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives at one time and delegate tasks.
8. Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
9. Prior experience working with various Project Management software applications.
10. Proficient in Microsoft tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
