What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Plan, execute, and monitor various corporate projects, including R&D initiatives and ERP system implementation
2. Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
3. Facilitate regular project meetings and maintain comprehensive project documentation
4. Collaborate closely with departments such as Sales, Engineering, and Finance to ensure project alignment
5. Act as a liaison between project teams and senior leadership, preparing and presenting project reports

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
2. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a supply chain environment
3. Strong problem-solving and communication skills
4. Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and tools
5. Proficient in Microsoft tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
