Google is seeking a senior leader for its Alphabet Enterprise Risk Management team in the US to strengthen an enterprise-wide risk framework. You will drive policy, measurement, and stakeholder engagement to monitor risks and report progress to leadership.
You will interact with Legal, Finance, Product, and executive teams to define risk indicators, align risk management with business goals, and advance governance practices in a dynamic environment.

The Alphabet Enterprise Risk Management team's mission is to improve risk accountability and transparency across Google through a common governance framework and aligned risk management practices. As part of this team, you will play a key role in providing management and our board of directors assurance that we have an enterprise risk framework that is relevant, adequately frames, informs, monitors, and actions our risks in a fast-paced and ever-changing business. This role supports all aspects of the enterprise-wide risk management program, and will interact with leaders across the organization. Responsibilities include identification of enterprise-wide risks, development and implementation of methodologies for the assessment of risk through the organization, and reporting and monitoring risk mitigation progress. Emphasis will also be placed on building sustainable risk management practices and capabilities throughout the organization through targeted stakeholder engagement and training opportunities.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $136000 - $196000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
