Job summary

EDAG in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Program Manager-Engineering Operations to own the tracking of part releases, engineering changes, and material certifications, and to develop program timing charts, status dashboards, and health reports.

You will coordinate engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing, lead regular status meetings, publish action items, and prepare concise executive summaries to support data-driven decisions for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in program/project management in technical/manufacturing environments.
• Experience in engineering development, automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with part release processes, engineering change management, and PLM systems.
• Knowledge of Agile or Stage-Gate development processes.
• Knowledge of JIRA or Confluence.
• English (C1-C2).

• Prepare concise executive summaries, timing updates, and program health metrics for leadership reviews.
• Support data-driven decision-making by maintaining accurate, real-time visibility into project progress.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree inEngineering, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in engineering development, automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with part release processes, engineering change management, and product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
• Knowledge of Agile or Stage-Gate development processes.
• Knowledge of JIRA or Confluence
