Job summary

An advanced propulsion company is seeking a highly driven Program Manager to lead and execute the development of a breakthrough rotary diesel engine. This onsite role in Bloomfield, CT involves steering complex programs from initial concept to production, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. The candidate will engage in cross-functional coordination and client management, contributing to the commercialization of innovative propulsion technology. Strong experience in project management and engineering is required, alongside excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management within engineering or R&D environments.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs from concept through production.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution from concept through production.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans.
